Thank you Ashley P. for this great, easy, cheap recipe! We'll be adding it to our normal dinner rounds for sure.
Ingredients:
1 can Rotel (.98)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (.57)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup (.57)
1 box of spaghetti (1.18--we use whole wheat when possible)
Step 2: (I don't know how Ashley does this, but I threw the three cans together in a saucepan) Put three cans together in saucepan on medium heat.
Step 3: Stir them together and let them simmer a bit.
Step 4: Drain pasta, put it back in it's pot and add the sauce.
Step 5: Mix the pasta and sauce together and you're done!
Total cost of meal: $3.30

This looks like a delicious and very easy recipe!
ReplyDeleteAnd since it leaves us with almost $2 to spare, we could add in a "salad" of sliced cucumber, tomato, and dressing or serve a few carrots & dip as an appetizer. It probably wouldn't add much cost wise, but would be a good way to sneak in the veggies!
